[H-GEN] Obsolete 386's

The Department of Economics has a number of old 386's (approx 6+) maybe a
486, printers etc in varying stages of disrepair. If anyone is interested
in getting one of these machines they should contact the assistant
administration officer, Julie Waldon (x56684) or waldon at commerce.uq.edu.au

Being the economics department these machines have been put up for
internal tender but at this stage she just wants them out of the building
(i.e. give them away for free) however she needs to run this by the HOD. 

If Humbug wants to put in an official request type of thingy for a
donation of the machines _perhaps_ this might be favourable to the HOD -
rather than just giving them away to individuals.
As this is a first tranche of old and broken machines setting up a chain
of communication this way might be a good idea.
