But we have always welcomed ppl to exec meetings. I am sure the current
exec would like to have ppl come and listen in. We have never made it a
secret when and where they are on (most are during a humbug meeting).

We do try to discourage this attitude :)

The problem isn't ideas, we have plenty of them. It is ppl to do them.
The club has perhaps 12-15 ppl who are active. I know many others have
work/family committments,etc that must come first, but it would be good to
get a few more ppl sharing the load.

Minutes are supposed to be posted as per the Con I believe :)
I'm sure the current exec continue to welcome ppl to exec meetings.
