Everyone knows I'd jump up and down if this was the other way around, so
I guess it would be consistent to mention that Debian has, at the moment,
basically no support for PAM whatsoever. PPP supports it. Kinda.

I'm under the impression that PAM is integral enough that it's not really
feasible to make it an "optional extra".
