[H-GEN] Brochures for Humbug.

I have put some Humbug Brochures up on my home page.  The originals are
A4, I quickly used mpage to put two to a sheet.  Unfortunately I can't
workout how to get mpage to NOT put a header on each page.

Anyway anyone who's interested should have a look at
