[H-GEN] transparent proxying

Something occured to me a while back, and now is a good time to throw it
open to everyone.

At meetings, we often have problems with ftp clients (everything
except web clients in reality) that do not support proxies due to the
packet filter active on traffic in and out of the room.

Here is the solution:

We setup transparent proxying for ftp and web traffic on the router and
redirect it all to the UQ proxy. This should result in an apparent
transparent connection to all web and ftp sites regardless of client, and
regardless of weather the client has proxies set.

Gaz: How do you feel about compiling a new kernel for daffy to support
transparent proxying? BTW, I trust daffy is recoveirng nicely from his
recent ailment.
Cheers,
	-Robert
