I have a Diamond video board with a Trio64V+.  I haven't played with it in
a while and I don't remember the details of the DAC, however I was not very
impressed with it being unable to run 1152x864x16bpp at 70Hz.  That's the
sort specs you want a workstation to run with.  Truecolour would be even
better.  But for the price, they're good enough.
