[H-GEN] Sendmail (or mail in general) multiple choice question

If I set an upper size limit on messages and someone tries to send me a
message bigger than that, when does the message get rejected?
	a) at the mailer negotiation phase
	b) once it has received the whole message
	c) once it has received greater than the allowable amount of
data for that message
	d) other, please specify

Obviously, I would prefer it was option a, but I can't figure it out....
