Well, there does seem to be a lot more heat comes from the K6 but people
I know who have used them say they can be reliably overclocked (200 ->
225) and fairly fly.
However, the current batch are .35 micron design if I am not mistaken so
maybe it might be worth waiting for the newer versions due sometime this
quarter in .25 micron design and lower voltages to address heat.
I have seen K6-200 on a PC Partner TX board for $510 and the K6-233 for
$680.
Chip only I priced today K6-200 $425 and K6-233 $560.
