[H-GEN] Graphics format help needed! :)

If they're line drawings or other "program" type postscript data, you
could probably hack the postscript to change the size.

If it is a bitmap image, then use GNU Ghostscript to convert it to
PPM, then use XV or ImageMagick to scale it, then XV or ImageMagick
again to convert back to PostScript.

You can use XV to do the first step, but it just calls GhostScript
behind your back to do the actual conversion.

p.s. It may be heresy, but the "Photo Editor" in Microsoft Office 97
	is a pretty good image manipulation tool too.
