For someone with eyes that function as per spec, perhaps. That's why I like 
Linux VT's so much. Nice readable 80x30 for each screen, and all your handy 
bits just an ALT Fx away. Not that I do much coding these day, except as 
needed to get something to compile.

If the next maintainer is cockeyed and blinkly like myself, vertical 
whitespace is a _must_.
