[H-GEN] Project Idea: CVS repository

Part of Humbug's charter is (IIRC) to promote the use and development of
free software.  There's plenty of small-medium projects out there, like
Apache's mod_jserv, which are in need of a CVS repository like those used
to great effect by OpenBSD and its kin.

Unfortunately, I don't have a machine that's sufficiently public to run a
public CVS repository.  If somebody does have a moderate-sized machine
with a small but permanent net connection it might make an interesting
project. 

Just an idea.
