[H-GEN] can someone nslookup this for me please ?

Hi all 

I'm unable to reach springboard.telstra.com.au from any of my machines.
My nslookup comes back with a server failed (so does the qut nameserver)
dig comes up with:

Can anyone else reach this host ?  
It's one of our most popular search tools (and I want it back :-)
