Okay.

Gradually getting this networking thingy up and running (even managed
to get named semi-working... A caching nameserver is nice!) and I
have a few questions:

I'm using diald to bring the connection up when I want, (surprise
surprise) and I'd like it to do some stuff when the network is ready
(rather than on bootup, which would bring the net up every time I
powered on, which would suck) like setting the date from brolga, and
flushing the mail queue.

Should I stick these commands at the end of my connect script, or is
there a better way?

Jason, who just *knows* there is a better way. :)
