If you are, then there are some sendmail 8.8 filters which will stop all
sorts of unwanted email at <http://www.sendmail.org/>.  One of the
addendums to sendmail.cf which they have will stop your host being used as
a relay.

Also, if memory serves, our esteemed BOFH had a home-brew anti-relaying
measure.
