[H-GEN] Expo Uni, more details.

I just met with the CS sys-admin's to discuss our requirements for
Saturday.  A few details which we need to be aware of.

1/ We will be provided an IP on their local subnet.  This should provide
us with almost unfirewalled access to the net.

2/ The room does have 24 hour coverage by security camera's, however while
the room will be locked, the building is open 24hours a day.  I can also
provide a locked room, in a locked building.  So anyone wishing to leave
their machines overnight can.

3/ The CS HOD has requested that we be sensitive of the Universities image
when running programs/games/accessing data.  I do not consider this
unreasonable, after all this is Expo Uni, and Expo Uni is a PR exercise.
In a PR exercise you do your best to avoid offending anybody.  Please
contact me if you have any problem with this.

4/ The CS dept' has also asked that we avoid any large downloads while
connected to their network.  They are being charged for what we download
there, and were understandably concerned.  I suspect they weren't aware
that we normally have similar access during meetings.  So if you could
restrain the urge to mirror sunsite during the Expo it would be
appreciated. :)

5/ They also warned me that we will be on the CS insecure network.  So
they wanted to make sure we were aware that we will not get any benifit
from any security measures on the CS side of the fence.
