[H-GEN] debian login message?

[The memory remains]

	Can anyone tell me what the message

	clnttcp_create: RPC: Program not registered

	may mean on a debian linux system after either entering an 
incorrect username to login, or performing a correct login?  It doesn't 
-seem- to affect anything, but for my peace of mind and the general 
principal of messages I don't understand begin a bad thing...?
