[H-GEN] PCI/(E)ISA Bus Expander

I'm looking for a PCI/(E)ISA Port Expander for my machine. I may be
calling it the wrong name, so just to be sure I'll describe it :)

I want a device that plugs into a PCI slot and leads to another
motherboard that has some PCI slots and ISA or EISA slots. They
often are in effect a PCI bridge. Similar in function to a docking station
but for a desktop :)  

I can't find any on the net (and using NT doesn't help) but I know they
exist as I have seen them first hand. And I've got sooo much cool hardware
that I'd love to have plugged in :)

Does anyone know of any sites on the net or companies in Australia that
sell/import a similar device?
