[H-GEN] HUMBUG Logos, Version 2.0

Daniel has kindly prepared a revision of the humbug logos based on
comments on this list. The results appear at
	http://www.uq.edu.au/~csrsmith/humbug/

Due to other commitments Daniel won't be able to do more work on the logo
unless we pay him. He will give me the source to the logo so we can muck
around with POV-Ray ourselves.

Personaly, I think we can go with the logos as they stand (the banner
and the gold logo) possibly with some resizing.
