Hello Gentlefolk,

Russell Stuart will be giving a talk on Saturday the 7th of April at
6pm, about the upcoming LCA Bid for 2009. He will be covering:

 - What is in the bid, what a bid looks like.
 - When it is due.
 - Decisions that must be made.
 - Work that must be done.
 - How I propose we organise ourselves.
 - What I have done so far.
 - Begging for help.
