[H-ANNOUNCE] Use of Windows at Meetings

Some Members have been concerned by the use of computers running
Microsoft Window's at meetings. There is one legitimate use for
Windows at HUMBUG meetings: to assist the installation of a Unix.

Your executive committee is optimistic that most people running
Windows at HUMBUG meetings are there to try out Unix. So, should 
you see someone running Windows at a meeting, please do approach
them and offer assistance in installing Linux/FreeBSD/Un*x.
They'll appreciate your help!
