Matt,

Would you consider appointing Simon as your proxy?  I took the liberty
of asking Simon if that would be OK, and he said was fine with it.

The problem is if neither your nor Mark turn up as looking likely there
can be no exec meeting, and we have to, at the very least, set a date
for the AGM which is next month.  I won't be able to make the next
Humbug meeting, so we can't postpone it.
