The dates are all for 2PM .. 12 Midnight, Saturday:

  2015-03-14 - Syllabus Plus Week 11,  UQ Week 2
  2015-03-28 - Syllabus Plus Week 13,  UQ Week 4
  2015-04-11 - Syllabus Plus Week 15,  Break
  2015-04-25 - Syllabus Plus Week 17,  UQ Week 7
  2015-05-09 - Syllabus Plus Week 19,  UQ Week 9
  2015-05-23 - Syllabus Plus Week 21,  UQ Week 11

We were in 82F, which suited us well.  We are currently Building 32 room
207 which works well enough.  Should they not be available a room that seats a minimum of 40, has flat desks, and after hours access (our meeting times are 2PM .. Midnight), air conditioning, network access, ideally ground floor with an external door.
