We believe that ticket SD#111434 – password change, submitted to Service Desk, has been resolved. The details of the resolution are as follows:

Hi Matt,

the username you have provided is expired, and is also currently listed under a different persons name.

Please contact our accounts department on: 336 56000 and press option 3
to arrange reactivation and name change.

note: some managers authorisation may be required to perform this.
