Hello again Del.  I am contacting you about Humbug's room bookings for
the new year.

Dates we have asked for (every other Saturday):

   7/01/2012, 21/01/2012,  4/02/2012, 18/02/2012,  3/03/2012, 17/03/2012,
  31/03/2012, 14/04/2012, 28/04/2012, 12/05/2012, 26/05/2012, 9/06/2012,
  23/06/2012

Times on those days:          2PM till Midnight.

Preferred rooms, in order of preference:

  Building 50 Room S201
  Building 42 Room 212
  Building 78 Rooms 343, 344, 224
  Building 51 Room 207
