[H-ADMIN] Paying Invoice from Mark Suter

Mark,

Turns out Mark Suter has sent us an invoice for renewing our domain
name.  He sent it to the exec list.  I discovered it while preparing my
Presidents report for the AGM.  I thought it just got SPAM over the last
few months.  Apparently, one of the those SPAM items was in fact Mark's
invoice.
