[H-SASIG] Excalibur migration

Last night the person who provides Excalibur's hosting for free, Stephen
Thorne, decided to relocate his VM closer to his current location,
London.  He had been planning do to this for some time.

The only visible change for us is its IP address, which has changed to
178.79.166.210.  I have updated the DNS records at humbug.org.au's
registrar and of course the zone file on excalibur itself to point to
the new IP address.  This happened at around 9 PM Brisbane time last
night.

12 hours have gone by and none of the slaves have updated, which is
causing lots of things to break randomly.  I am hoping the TTL of 1 day
is the cause.  I've reduced it to 1 hour so next time this happens we
respond a little more quickly.

James, if you could prod cartman.pipegrep.com.au, that would be nice.
It should be OK by tomorrow morning, but if not I will drop it from
humbug's NS list.  It is the only NS I can't prod directly.
