Personally, I would assume they are no longer needed.

The box used to sit in racks at UQ.  I guess it is possible UQ required
us to add entries so we could get to it, or so they could manage its
address space or whatever.  It now lives on the other side of the planet
and has no ties with UQ whatsoever.  I don't see why UQ would ask asking
us for entries in a zone that has nothing to do with them.

I'd just comment them out for now, and in the comment say if no-one
whinges by 2011-01-01, they should be deleted.
