 There appears to be nothing in Trac itself but there is a third-party add-
 on: 'https://subtrac.sara.nl/oss/email2trac/wiki' It appears to have
 various options for parsing the subject line that may let us auto
 categorise emails (eg hostmaster -> DNS, websmaster -> web).
