[H-SASIG] Fwd: 12 Mailman moderator request(s) waiting

Hi All,

Mailman will refuse to start if there is not a list named mailman present. I've not sufficiently investigated the reasons for this requirement, beyond understanding that it exists. The only thing I do know is that messages that bounce related to internal mailman things will get redirected to the mailman-bounces which should then be actioned by the owner of the entire mailman install (who should be listed as an owner of the mailman list). This explanation still doesn't explain why it should be an entire mailing list and not simply a single alias to deal with bounces.

Thanks
James
