I'm happy to look into this - what have we got in the way of
requirements?  Have we got any sort of data source already for user
accounts?  Do we want to use it soley for Trac or for other things in
the future?

Also, I've got no idea how to use Trac at this point, do I have a user
account in it already so I can get the ticket?
