I agree with Greg.
It seems like the consensus is around using OpenLDAP, especially
seeing that Brad has experience with it. Daniel, Brad, do you mind
working together to get this going?
I have logged a Trac ticket for this issue. If Daniel or Brad could
take ownership of this ticket that would be great. Please let me know
