Hey Guys,

I was adding information to the wiki regarding Trac and the guest
account I have created. I have updated
http://www.humbug.org.au/Contact and
http://www.humbug.org.au/SysAdmin. I have moved the content from
Contact to SysAdmin so we have only one place telling members how to
use Trac. I have altered Russell's original Contact content slightly.

I would like to propose a slight modification to the process for
"confidential" information. Rather than have it sent to the librarian,
I would suggest that information sent to the old, private sysadmin
address. Sometimes, the Librarian will not be reading email or easily
contactable. By sending it to a slightly wider audience we can
maintain confidentiality and ensure that requests are dealt with
quickly.
