You need to login to excalibur and add an entry to
/srv/trac/sysadmin/.htpasswd, assuming gjb as a login:

    sudo htpasswd /srv/trac/sysadmin/.htpasswd gjb

and then enter a password when prompted.

I have added a guest/guest user which we can publish as a way for club
members to log their tickets until such time as we have a proper
registration mechanism.
