 What is we put a track address as the webmaster contact.  Then the user
 would get a ticket number back and we would have a trackable incident
 report.  If the ticket requires no action it can be closed easily.

 FWIW, I support the idea of setting it to email Trac if that is a
 functional component (which I don't know).
