Stephen with his SysAdmin head honcho hat on had one task to do here -
and that was run a vote when the underling SysAdmin's could not agree on
what ticketing software to use.  It was purely an pointy headed boss
task - nothing to do with getting any real work done.  Doing real work
is the preserve of the people on this list.

The way I see it, it is now up to the people who wanted the tracking
thing in the first place to do the work in driving it forward.  I may be
wrong, but I don't recall Stephen expressing much interest in it either
way.
