[Lcabid] LCA2020 Bid - Gold Coast

Hi Council!

As previously discussed, we are going to submit a bid for LCA2020. I talked to Russell on the weekend about this and let him know that we will be submitting the bid by the end of this week.

One thing I would like to check on is the content we need to submit to you. Our current package includes:
* Bid document, outlining what we are proposing
* Budget spreadsheet, based on the standard LCA budget spreadsheet with our proposal
* Information and quotes from vendors that formed part of our decision making

Is there anything else that you would like to see? And is there any particular way you would like this submitted to you?
