One of my tasks in the minutes is obtaining quotes for the various
events.  The full details are are on the wiki.  In summary:

Penguin Dinner

Style: Sit down 3 course dinner for 600..800.  1 bottle of wine between
every 2 people, extra available for sale at bar.  A/V Facilities.

Brisbane Convention Centre. $80 pp, excluding wine and A/V.  I will get
wine and A/V later.

Greek Club. Asked to quote on catering at Museum.  Nothing as yet.

City Hall.  Not open during 2011.


Speakers Dinner

Style: 100..150 people.  Brisbane river cruise, with finger food and
softdrink.  Then move onto land for a sit down 3 course dinner. 1 bottle
of wine between every 2 people, extra available for sale at bar.

Brisbane Cruises: 1 hour for dry river cruise with finger food: $15 pp.

Customs House. 3 course sit down meal + beverage: $110 pp.

Queensland Rugby Club: 3 course sit down meal + beverage: $100 pp.


Professional Delegates Networking Session

Style: 300..400 people.  Run of the Maritime Museum for 3 hours, with
finger food and free wine and beer for the duration.

Maritime Museum. Run of the museum for a few hours. $4 pp.
