I finished off my part of the migration today.  That was done and tested
on my local copy of the VM.  The next step is Stephen copying it to the
live VM - ie excalibur.

Once he does this, the new address for the Wiki will be:

  http://www.humbug.org.au/LcaBid

If you had an account on the old wiki but not the new one your old
account will be migrated to the new wiki.  The login name, passwords and
whatnot will be the same.
