Subject: Re: [Lcabid] Minutes, LCA Bid Meeting 2009-06-13
I remember somebody saying that Shaun couldn't vote for himself - after he raised his hand. Taking into account that we agree this happened the vote would now stand 4/4.
If I were to re-vote I would actually choose Shaun as I have gotten to understand how he is a bit more though last night's meet and Google search. I think that Shaun is in fact very experienced in events similar and (to his advantage) different from LCA and could work in our favor preparing a bid that is both solid and unique/exciting.
Sorry for being a bit stupid and now changing my vote, but I have decided more certainly on Shaun.
My Vote: Shaun Nykvist

Yes, I did hear someone say that myself. But the meeting had no
chairman at that point, and in fact I am not even sure who announced the
final result. It was all a bit confusing.
All I can say is that as a group we seemed to come to a resolution, and
then proceeded on. I can imagine your aren't entirely happy with the
way it happened. I wasn't quite sure of how to describe all this in the
minutes, but I wanted to note something odd did happen, so I used
"abstained".
At this stage there are two ways forward. Either the situation as now
stands is accepted, or we have a new vote. This is your decision alone
Shaun.
If you wish to have a vote, my last dictatorial act before vacating the
seat prior to the new vote will be to deem we have it here, on the list,
and votes must be in by 5PM tomorrow - Monday the 15 of June 2009 -
unless someone objects to the timing before then by saying so on this
list.
Please let us know your choice tonight, Shaun.
