Getting to this late stage with 4 votes AWOL makes me long for
compulsory voting.  I don't care if they abstain, I just wish I could be
certain knew there is a vote on.

I notice Daniel said last week he didn't actually monitor this list on a
daily basis - so he may not know.  Anyone have a contact number for him?
And I am not sure how often Stephen monitors his email either, so I will
give him a call.
