Sorry Matt, I definitely did NOT want to step on your toes. And yet I
did.

I wanted to get some record of what everyone said they would do ASAP,
for the obvious reason that everybody needs as much time as they can get
to prepare. And for the less obvious reason I was afraid I would forget
what was said. I am sure what I recalled would get smaller for every
hour I left it. This is why started noting down what I remembered as
soon as I got a spare moment today. And once I had written it all down
it was too hard to resist doing something with it.

However, your were, as you say, appointed to take the minutes. It is a
bit hard to deny, as I actually say that in my version. This means the
minutes that are presented to the next meeting should come from you. It
remains your choice as to what you present, and what goes up on the wiki
as the official record. Whatever you decide on, post it ASAP. I am
sure, BTW, that your take on some points will be different to mine. I
am not going to be the slightest bit upset if you end up with something
very different from what I posted.

>From my personal point of view, it would be nice if the minutes -
regardless of who is the bunny taking them next time, be posted the same
day the meeting takes place. Now I realise this is supremely ironic
because I was the hold up this time. When I saw your minutes said I
wanted an "action list" appended, and you told me to add them. I didn't
have your minutes this morning of course, so I wrote down what I
recollected from the meeting so I could create an action list. That is
how I managed to get myself into this mess. However I think the action
list is pretty important - certainly warranting a delay of a few hours
in posting the minutes.
