[Lcabid] First linux.conf.au 2011 Brisbane bid committee meeting this Saturday, 13th June 2009

Hi all

...look forward to seeing you all at 2pm.  I know that I could do any of the
following roles committee president (I have been involved in a number of
International conference teams), Venue organisation (I work at QUT - if we
are still looking at that as a possibility), Sponsorship and/or
events/dinners.  I have previously been part of the team organising bids for
other conferences and am sure that I could give some good input into
ensuring we have a professional looking bid go ahead.
