My thought is you need room for about 10 people. KG is probably a lot more difficult for people to get to such as Daniel but it may be a lot easier than the Grange. The next question is time. Who can attend tonight (Thursday), or would it best be held say tomorrow (Friday) or even Saturday afternoon before Humbug. I don't mind anytime provided I have at least a couple of hours notice. I just don't want only a small fraction of people turning up that would have if given a bit more time to respond.

Lca meeting Hi all 

I have had my admin trying to find a room at GP for a meeting, however with the start of exams at the moment – room availability is somewhat limited. Numbers is the other factor – If I have a rough idea as to how many will be able to make it this would also help. I know I can get a room for tomorrow afternoon/evening but at tiss tage only at KG campus. Please let me know your thoughts on this.
