Hi Clinton,
In the past both Mark and I have tried to book rooms at Central, Toowong Libraries and they have been booked out for Thursday and Fridays. Also it would be nice to have it at QUT due to the fact that it's the most likely place that we will hold the conference.

Shaun is hopefully setting that up for us as he has influence within QUT. The Grange library can be easily book at a moments notice, easy parking as well as a reasonable amount of transport options.

As to the wiki. We are currently in the process of moving Russell's over to the new Humbug server. See the exec minutes which was posted to general and have been published on the new wiki site where it was agreed to do that.

We have just been working on the website and getting things like planet.humbug.org.au working and getting the acl's all working and also working on the code of conduct.

On a personal note I would like the nominate myself for the position for the AV as well as the schwag bag stuff.

Matt

Why not at central library if not at qut?

Can't we just whack this up on a wiki? The later the better for me, so
six thirty.
