[Lcabid] First LCA bid meeting and team roles review.

Hey people,

We look to be having our first LCA bid committee meeting next week. It 
seems we are most likely having this meeting at QUT Gardens Point 
campus, I will confirm this quite soon. Regardless of that outcome, we 
are having a meeting. Our backup plan is to have it at Grange library.

Firstly, what starting times and days would everybody on the committee 
prefer for this meeting? I am aiming for a Thursday, probably around 
6-6.30pm. I can be flexible to a point with this. You can reply with 
your preferences to this list.

Secondly, can everybody on the committee review the team roles on the 
team page at http://stuart.id.au/lcawiki/Team? Please post to this list 
what you would prefer to do from that list, even if this means 
cherry-picking responsibilities from multiple roles. Do not worry if 
somebody else posts something you were going to post, post it regardless 
as we need to see what everybody's strengths are.

We may combine, separate and assign to more than one person certain 
responsibilities as seen fit, as the positions are only a rough guide to 
what needs to be done.
