[H-GEN] good computer repair person?

Hi All,
I have a desktop that I bought from linuxnow. All good except for the on 
button. The machine has been living in a fairly dusty environment and 
the button is on the top of the machine. I suspect some dust has got 
into the workings of the button. A while ago it started being 
problematic with regards to actually turning on the machine. It 
sometimes takes several attempts to turn it on. Bummer - quite frustrating.

Anyway, any suggestions for a good repair person?
