[H-GEN] *NO* Placebo Humbug 14th November

Placebo Humbug is likely to resume, but sadly, Ray will *NOT* be able to 
hosting the Placebo Humbug Meeting next Saturday.   Unfortunately both 
Ray has prior engagements, and I am attending LCA 2021.

On the UQ room bookings front ITEE have acknowledge our request and if I 
read their response correctly are happy enough to give us a room, but it 
depends on UQ coming out of COVID lock down.  I suspect the recent 
outbreak has delayed things by quite a bit.
