I could not find anyone to help test my Threadripper parts, so I took a
gamble and sent the motherboard back, as well as ordering a new one from
MSY.  So that I didn't have to wait three weeks for Newegg to get their
shit together and send me a new one.  The gamble paid off, the new
motherboard works, and I can use all 256 GB of the RAM now.
