[H-GEN] Placebo Humbug hangout

There is now a new covid cluster in Brisbane South.  Government is now
restricting gatherings to under 10.  The Exec decided long ago no
gatherings associated with Humbug will be breaking official Government
restrictions.   As it happens last time we had 6, and this time perhaps
7, so we are will be within in those restrictions.

That leaves whether we should have it all.  I've spoken to Ray.  It's
his house, so his call.  He is happy to proceed, however now it is very
important if you any acquired any new symptoms in the past week or so,
and haven't been tested you skip this one.  And a reminder Ray will be
measuring everyone's temperature on entry, and anyone over 37 will
again have to skip this one - sorry.
