[H-GEN] We have UQ rooms

UQ, courtesy of Stephen Viller and the secretary Michelle Dobson, have
kindly given us meeting rooms for Semester 1 2019.  Note it is room
217, not the 224 we had last semester.  The wiki has been updated
accordingly.

On an unrelated note, I won't be at next Saturdays meeting as I am at
LCA in NZ, and it's possible Joel is in the same position.  However
Clinton will be dropping in.

I am planning to hold an LCA de-brief talk on the following meeting on
2019/Feb/09.
